The Gathering Releases New Theme, Dominaria United
Wizard of the Coast, the creator of the world's legendary card game, Magic: The Gathering, has released a new series of themes related to the multiverse saga of this franchise. The series is called Dominaria United which tells the story of the battle between heroes and evil.
The Dominaria United series is here to coincide with the 30th anniversary of Magic: The Gathering. Here is released a collection consisting of 281 cards and is present in Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and the Philippines.
Dominaria United tells of the threat of the apocalypse that comes with the invasion of an old enemy, the Phyrexian forces led by Praetor Sheoldred.
At this moment, a number of Planeswalker characters returned, such as Karn, Ajani Goldmane, Liliana Vess, and Jaya Ballard.
On this occasion, Magic: The Gathering again presents Jumpstart sets as booster packs. Jumpstart provides an interesting method of building decks quickly by providing spells that can be launched early in the game.
Each pack of Magic: The Gathering of the Dominaria United series features 10 unique themes from the world of Dominaria and 20 cards that can be combined directly with the Jumpstart booster.
The 30th anniversary is also enlivened by the presence of the Lost Legends theme which offers a flashback to the early days of Magic. There are cards that are drawn straight from the “Legends 1994” set.
Wizard of the Coast has prepared 240 rare category cards up for grabs, from Elder Dragon Nicol Bolas to The Classic Moat. In the Dominaria United series, cards with Stained Glass visual style were also released for the Full Art Lands type.
