Nintendo Officially Announces Metroid Dread, Released October 2022
In the past year, news about Metroid as one of Nintendo’s exclusives has surfaced. According to the news, Metroid Prime 4 will be the name that Nintendo will announce soon.
One of the most magical games has never appeared until now. Nintendo has yet to share any information regarding the latest entry from Metroid.
Nintendo announces Medroid Dread
Instead of announcing Metroid Prime 4, Nintendo even announced a Metroid game to overcome this fan’s thirst. Metroid Dread was first announced via Nintendo Direct at E3 yesterday.
This latest game will at least give Nintendo time to develop Metroid Prime 4. For those of you who don’t know, Medroid Dread itself is a game with a 2D perspective with metroidvania gameplay.
Metroid Dread releases October 2022
Furthermore, Metroid Dread will be developed by Mercury Steam as the developer behind Metroid: Samus Returns. Trailer This 2-minute announcement shows a different gameplay from other Metroids.
Along with this, Nintendo also announced the release date of Metroid Dread. This game made by Mercury Steam is scheduled to be released on October 8, 2022, exclusively for Nintendo Switch.
