Advance Wars 1+2 Remake Announced, Release December 2022

For those of you Nintendo fans, you must be familiar with the name Adcance Wars. One of Nintendo’s old franchises has not appeared for a long time for various reasons.

Advance Wars itself had existed in the Nintendo DS and Gameboy eras. However, this franchise is slowly starting to be forgotten because it doesn’t get any updates at all from sequels and others.

Because of this, many fans assumed that Nintendo had left the franchise just like that. However, this is not true. Through Nintendo Direct at E3 yesterday, Nintendo has announced the Advance Wars 1+2 Remake for the Switch.

This one game will return to the surface thanks to Wayforward Technologies. The game, called Advance Wars 1+2: Re-Boot Camp, is a remake of the first two games released for Gameboy Advance.

Same gameplay, but with different visuals

Through trailers short duration of 1 minute, it appears that this one game still has gameplay like in the past. It’s just that it comes with different visuals from 2D to 3D. This also makes this game even more interesting to look forward to.

Along with this, Nintendo has also announced the release date of the game. Advance Wars 1+2: Re-Boot Camp is scheduled to be released on December 3rd exclusively for Nintendo Switch.
