Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy is coming to Nintendo Switch

Square Enix’s failure with Marvel’s Avengers did make them very depressed. It even almost made them rumored to be acquired by a big company to avoid going out of business.

However, they certainly did not give up so easily. Despite failing miserably with Marvel’s Avengers, Square Enix still has other franchises that make money for them.

Square Enix – Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy

Failing to bring Marvel’s name through Marvel’s Avengers, did not stop Square Enix. Through their presentation session at E3 some time ago, Square Enix has announced Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy.

That’s right, Square Enix will try their luck again at concocting games under the Marvel superhero. It is not impossible that they will be successful with other Marvel projects like Marvel’s Spider-Man by Insomniac Games.

Go to Nintendo Switch via Cloud

In this presentation session from Square Enix, they confirmed that Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy will be coming to consoles and PC, not for Switch. This is certainly quite reasonable considering the game is too big for the performance of the Switch.

However, this is not true after the Nintendo Direct at E3 yesterday started. During this session, Nintendo announced that Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy would also be making its way to the Nintendo Switch.

This game will go to Switch in the form of Cloud. To play the game, you must at least need a stable internet. Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy itself is scheduled to be released on October 26 for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, PC and Switch via Cloud.
