Judgment Might Not Get a Third Sequel Due to PC
Not long ago a news has emerged saying that Judgment will be released on the PC platform. This is certainly quite surprising considering that Judgment was released exclusively on consoles in 2022.
After a long time, this Yakuza spin-off will now return with a second entry in the near future. That’s right, Lost Judgment has been confirmed to be released on September 21 on consoles.

Even though it is identical to the console, there is news that says that Judgment will be released on the PC platform. Although this was not confirmed by SEGA directly. Due to this planned release, Judgment probably won’t get a third sequel.
That’s right, now there’s news that says that due to the planned release on PC, the Judgment series might end up in Lost Judgment this year. Launching from a site in Japan – Nikkan Taishuthey conducted a joint interview with an individual professional in Japan.
According to Nikkan Taishu, SEGA and Johnny & Associates did not reach an agreement regarding the different platforms between console and PC. Johnny & Associates disagrees with the idea that Judgment and Lost Judgment should release on PC (Steam).
Judgment won’t get a third sequel?
It is known that Johnny & Associates is indeed a company that is very strict in maintaining the image of their artist. Where one of their artists has indeed become a model for Takuya Kimura, the main character of the Judgment franchise.
They don’t want their artist to appear on a PC, which isn’t a game console and is directly connected to the internet. Meanwhile, SEGA certainly realizes that the PC market is indeed very profitable for them.
Releasing Judgment on PC is certainly a decision they have to take for the future of this franchise. The dispute between the two companies has not yet come to light until now.
