God of War Ragnarok Delayed to 2022, Also Released for PS4

Sony has recently announced that the sequel to God of War (2022) has been postponed to 2022 with no definite release date. God of War Ragnarok itself is planned to be launched for PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4.

Head of PlayStation Studios – Herman Hulst announced the news via PlayStation.Blog in a question and answer session, which discusses the plans that will be taken by PlayStation Studios in the future.

Meanwhile, Hulst also confirmed that Horizon Forbidden West is still in the early plans for this year’s holiday season. The reason they delayed the release of God of War 2 itself, of course, was to want to provide the best quality when it was released later.
