CS:GO Reaches Record for Highest Number of Online Players
FPS games, especially legendary games like Counter Strike, seem to never die. This game, which was released by Valve in 2012, still has loyal players around the world. Even recently, CS:GO managed to achieve a new record in terms of the number of players online in the last 24 hours, namely 900 thousand players.
The increase in the number of online players first occurred in 2022 where this game became a Free to Play game from the previously paid one. At that time the average number of players online was 200 thousand players.
This achievement of 901,305 is the highest and even jumped by almost 50% compared to the average number of online players in 2022, where the average number of online players is around 400,000.
Since turning into a free to play game, this game has continued to show an increase in the number of players, especially with the Operation mode which will make players curious.
The previous record high was that online players reached the number 874. 875 in April 2022 during the MLG Columbus Major match where Luminosity defeated Natus Vincere.
