CD Projekt refuses to open sales data from Cyberpunk 2077
Sales data of a game that has started to be marketed is indeed one of the interesting things for us to follow. Through this data, we can guess whether the game is successful in the market or not.
For example, when the game achieves fantastic sales, it is certain that the game does have quality and is liked by gamers. Likewise, if the game does not meet the expectations of the fans, it will most likely not sell in the market.

Now that the first quarter of 2022 has come to an end, which is when we’re about to enter the second quarter. Of course, CD Projekt is supposed to share development data from Cyberpunk 2077, including the sales data.
But strangely, this Polish developer refused to provide the data. The reason they refuse to share the latest data themselves is that they will always share the latest data when the game reaches certain milestones.
This indirectly confirms that the total sales of Cyberpunk 2077 have not reached their expectations in the first quarter of 2022. This figure does not even reach their milestone figure, most likely 15 million copies.
