Blind Gamers Moved After Amazed by Accessibility Features in TLoU2 Game

In a few days the game The Last of Us Part 2 will be released by Naughty Dog exclusively on the PlayStation 4. Although it had a release delay and various other obstacles, this did not reduce fans’ enthusiasm for the game.

Besides that, it turns out that the game The Last of Us Part 2 has also received a good response from gamers with physical limitations, one of which is Steve Saylor, or often known as the Blind Gamer.

Through his personal Twitter account, Steve uploaded a video showing his expression of being amazed and moved when playing the game The Last of Us Part II.

According to him, there are lots of accessibility features presented by Naughty Dog in this narrative-focused action game. Steve also said that this is what he wants from the video game industry today.

“All of you wouldn’t know, you all wouldn’t know how much this all means. I don’t even know what to say. There are so many things in this game. This is what the people in the accessibility community and I have been hoping for, for so long.” Steve said in the video.

Naughty Dog’s UI Scripter, Ethan Tal also responded to the video and said that he was touched by the reaction and that he was proud to have succeeded in creating an accessibility feature that helps many gamers with disabilities. According to him, diversity is the key to the gaming community, video games must be accessible to anyone without any limitations or obstacles.
