Fortnite Can Be Played on iOS and Android Using GeForce Now

Previously, the battle royale game made by Epic Games, Fortnite, was withdrawn from the Google Play Store and App Store application stores in August 2020 due to transaction problems in the application (in-app purchase).

This makes Android users have to install Fortnite from a separate application that is downloaded from the Epic Games site directly because this game is not on the Play Store. Meanwhile, iOS users can't do anything because the installed applications usually have to come from the App Store.

But now, it seems that Fortnite can be played again by Android and iOS users, via Nvidia's cloud gaming platform, namely GeForce Now.

GeForce Now itself is a service that allows users to stream games on various devices, such as Windows PC, macOS, Android TV, Chrome, Android, to iOS. So, Fortnite on GeForce Now is also played by streaming without needing to be installed on a smartphone device.

Not only playing, but Fortnite is also present on the platform with optimized control support for smartphones, the result of collaboration between Nvidia and Epic Games. Generally, games on this cloud gaming service require users to use a controller accessory for a comfortable gaming sensation.

To be able to play Fortnite, users simply install the GeForce Now application from the Play Store or App Store application stores. After that, users are required to create an account and pay a GeForce Now subscription fee, the cheapest price is around the US $ 20 (Rp 286,000) per month.

Besides Fortnite, users can also play hundreds of other free games in the GeForce Now library, after paying a subscription fee. Such as Cyberpunk 2077, Battlefield 1: Revolution, Assassin's Creed: Valhalla, Far Cry 6, Dragon Age: Inquisition, Immortals Fenix Rising, and many more.
