Ubisoft Will Showcase Assassin's Creed Mirage This Week

After being leaked to the internet, Ubisoft finally opened up about the latest series of Assassin's Creed games. They finally admitted that the latest series will be called Assassin's Creed Mirage.

A number of rumors began to be answered, Ubisoft's upload on social media showed that the AC Mirage series would return to the Middle East.

Another rumor that remains to be confirmed is the background of the city of Baghdad in 860 and the figure of the young Basim as the protagonist.

Basim is a member of the Assassin order who later holds the key to the Assassin's Creed lore. In the Assassin's Creed series Valhalla it is revealed that he is the reincarnation of the god Loki.

In the upload, Ubisoft stated that a number of important information related to Assassin's Creed Mirage will be shared on September 10, 2022, local time, aka September 11 for Indonesia.

The presence of the Assassin's Creed Mirage series is expected to re-polish this famous franchise after it has taken two years since Assassin's Creed Valhalla was launched on November 10, 2020.

Another rumor circulating says that Ubisoft will return to the old formula of this franchise, namely the stealth mode found in the previous series. This will make them remove the RPG elements that were present in the last few series and feel boring.

One thing that can be predicted from Assassin's Creed Mirage is that this game will still be tied to the Valhalla series.

Although it is set in the Middle East, it is not yet known whether the content in it will be related to the first Assassin's Creed series.
