Ubisoft Reportedly in Development of a New Prince of Persia Game Inspired by Ori

After a long time the fans have been expecting a new game for Prince of Persia, now that hope seems to be coming true even though it will have a little ‘twist’.

In several leaks reported by trusted leaker Tom Henderson, Ubisoft is reportedly developing a new Prince of Persia game inspired by the Ori game series.

Which means that the Prince of Persia game that is being developed will be in a platformer style with a 2.5D display which is certainly inspired by the original Prince of Persia game.

This game is said to be the second Prince of Persia game being developed by Ubisoft. The first Prince of Persia game developed was the Remake of The Sand of Time.

Ubisoft Montpellier is a studio experienced in working on the Rayman series, which incidentally is consistent with a 2.5D platformer-style display.

The new Prince of Persia game is rumored on xfire.com to be one of 20 new Ubisoft titles that are rumored to be showing as a list of future games from Ubisoft.
