The Hinokami Keppuutan Release October 2022
Maybe most of you already know that Kimetsu No Yaiba has received an adaptation of a fighting game. A few months ago, CyberConnect2 has announced that they are preparing a fighting game from the famous anime – Kimetsu No Yaiba.
CyberConnect2’s ability to mix Anime-themed fighting games can no longer be used. They are the developers behind fighting games like Naruto in the past under the AniPlex banner.
Kimetsu No Yaiba Fighting Game!
Now CyberConnect2 and AniPlex will collaborate again to present a fighting game adapted from Kimetsu No Yaiba. Not long ago, they have confirmed that this one game will be released for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5 and PC.
However, previously there was no information about the game other than it would be released in 2022 for the Japanese market. Luckily, CyberConnect2 has recently returned to the surface and released a trailers new.
Along with this, CyberConnect2 also confirmed that Kimetsu no Yaiba: The Hinokami Keppuutan will have two modes, solo and versus. This solo mode will later tell the story of Tanjiro Kamado’s journey from season 1 of the anime.

Then the versus mode itself will focus on fighting, where players will be able to use iconic characters from this anime. For now, there is no information regarding whether players will also be able to use characters from among the demons or not.
Lastly, Kimetsu no Yaiba: The Hinokami Keppuutan is scheduled to be released on October 14 for the Japanese market via PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X and PC.
