The following 32 teams will compete in the PUBG Mobile World Invitational
Yesterday, Tencent announced the PUBG Mobile World Invitational tournament. This tournament has a total prize pool of USD 3 million or the equivalent of IDR 43 billion. However, this total prize will be in the form of a Charity.
If the team that will compete in the event wins, the prize from the winner will be donated. According to confirmation, this tournament will start from July 22 to July 27, 2022.
PMWI East
For those of you who don’t know, the PUBG Mobile World Invitational itself is here as a replacement for the PUBG Mobile Mid Season Championship which was canceled due to COVID-19.
Furthermore, this tournament will be divided into two regions – East and West. Of course this is because of the different pings and different connections from each region. This has happened in previous tournaments.
PMWI West
This PMWI will be followed by 16 teams per region and the team that will take part in the event is a direct invite from Tencent. Now Tencent has announced the 32 teams that will compete in this tournament.
These 32 teams will be divided into two halves East and West. Indonesia itself will be represented by Bigetron Red Aliens who are already known as one of the best teams in the world.
The PUBG Mobile World Invitational itself will take place from 22-25 July 2022 and the matches will be held online. Hopefully BTR will again be able to bring Indonesia’s name to shine in the international arena.
