Netflix Shows First Appearance of Splinter Cell Animated Series

It was recently confirmed that Splinter Cell will be getting an animated series adaptation for Netflix. This animation will be handled by writer from John Wick, Derek Kolstad who will be the writer and executive producer.

According to information, this Splinter Cell animation will contain 16 episodes which will be divided into 2 seasons. This is certainly good news for Sam Fisher fans. Which is the last series of Splinter Cell itself has been around for a long time.

Until now, there has been no further information regarding the latest entry from the franchise. Now it’s been almost 7 years since the last Splinter Cell series came to accompany fans.

The thirst of fans for this franchise can no longer be dammed. Luckily, Ubisoft returned to the surface and showcased the first sighting of the Splinter Cell animation via Twitter Netflix Geeked.

The latest post shows a photo of Sam Fisher as the main character in this animated series. The Splinter Cell animation was first revealed last year, but as of yet there is no definite release date.
