Good news! Capcom Officially Announces Sengoku Basara 4: Sumeragi Anniversary Edition
The development of the musou genre cannot be separated from the role of Koei Tecmo’s flagship Dynasty Warriors franchise. Previously 9 main series and several projects as well as collaborations with Samurai Warriors, its popularity continued to soar and became a favorite franchise in a short time. Although its position is quite solid, it does not mean that there are no competitors who can outperform it. Therefore Capcom offers a phenomenal musou game franchise through the Sengoku Basara series.
Capcom’s flagship musou franchise happens to be celebrating its 15th anniversary soon, and as a celebration, they have prepared a surprise through the announcement of a new game bundle. The game is none other than Sengoku Basara 4: Sumeragi Anniversary Edition which comes with a myriad of interesting DLC and physical content.
Although it is not the newest series, this sales bundle comes with very tempting content and feels like a bundle that is suitable for newcomer players to choose. Unfortunately, like most Basara games, Capcom is still not sure whether this game will stay exclusively in Japan or will be released globally later.
Sengoku Basara 4: Sumeragi Anniversary Edition is planned to be released in Japan on July 21, exclusively for PlayStation 4.
