Denuvo Removed from Game Devil May Cry 5

Denuvo is still a mainstay for game developers to protect their released games from pirates. One of those who use it is Capcom to protect their games, and Devil May Cry 5 is no exception.

But unfortunately Denuvo can backfire for the game. After previously Capcom removed Denuvo from Resident Evil 2 Remake, this time the same steps were carried out in the Devil May Cry 5 game. It’s just that there is no certainty whether this step will apply in future released games or not.

Denuvo is considered to cause a decrease in game performance. Framerate can drop by 4 to 12 FPS. However, it is recognized that until now Denuvo is still the best choice for developers to protect their games.
