After the MPL ID Season 9 Match, RRQ Hoshi And ONIC Esports Will Be Indonesian Representatives at MSC 2022 Games

RRQ Hoshi, who won MPL Season 9 and ONIC in second place, will represent Indonesia at MSC 2022. This Southeast Asia regional tournament will take place in Malaysia on 11-19 June with a total prize of $300,000 USD.

Although the scale is not as big as the M World Series, MSC is still prestigious because it proves the strongest SEA country. For Indonesia itself, the Philippines team is a rival to watch out for because there are many great teams and players there.

In the interview after winning MPL S9 Indonesia, R7 asked KB about the two teams in MPL PH who would be his opponents at MSC. RRQ Captain Hoshi also replied that the RSG and ECHO teams would be representatives from the Philippines.

“For the first team, RSG PH, maybe ECHO will be accompanied by,” said R7. Of course, R7 saw based on the results of the RRQ scrim which is usually done with the Philippine team, as well as the bracket and performance of the PH team in MPL this time.

RSG itself is the winner of the Regular Season MPL PH S9, while ECHO is in third place. ECHO had to go through the first day of elimination against Omega before predictions from R7 to be the representative of the Philippines at MSC 2022.

However, the competition in MPL PH is fierce and all the teams are strong enough to beat each other. Only RSG and ECHO show their consistency in the playoffs and become the new spearheads to be able to face Indonesia.

Was R7’s prediction right?
