Then open the message titled Temporarily Disabled from Hero Lock Mode or Hero Lock Mode Temporarily Disabled. In the message, it is stated that after updating the lock mode feature the hero experienced a bug. 

The bug is a bug where the red line and the lock icon that indicates the target is locked do not appear. That's why this hero lock mode is turned off. Mobile Legends hero lock mode will reactivate when the bug is resolved.
